Hello & welcome!

My name is Lisa, work from home mother of 3, owner of Rocket & Jam.

Rocket & Jam is a small business in the North East of England that sells unique, funky handmade items.

Each item is designed and created by myself at home and therefore each item will always be original and unique. I will occasionally make a similar item but no two items will ever be exactly the same.

 What we sell:

-Handmade sock toys - Each one is unique & full of personality. Appealing to both Adults and Children alike, they also conform to BS EN71-3 Toy safety regulations and carry the CE mark. 
 


-Handmade Fabric bunting in a selection of new & vintage fabrics

-Hand made Baby bibs made from new good quality fabric with an absorbent fleece backing. 

-Baby & dolls patchwork quilts.





Ordering
I
In stock items are listed and can be ‘added to cart’ and paid for securely using paypal.  In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment via 2nd class delivery.
 Larger deliveries may be sent by courier. 


I cannot be held responsible for items lost by Royal Mail but will obtain a proof of purchase receipt and help with tracking a parcel / making a claim if it goes missing in transit.

Local customers (near Hartlepool / Seaton Carew area) may collect their items if they wish to save on postage costs. To remove postage charge when you are collecting an item simply add the discount code COLLECT in the box  at the checkout.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with any of my items they may be returned with 14 days for a refund. Items must be returned in original packaging with reason for return. (please contact me for a returns label)

Please note: 
personalised / customised items are non returnable.
